If you are looking for exercise classes in Brighton, look no further. Our group exercise class timetable will have something to suit you. Our classes happen 7 times per week in Woodingdean, Rottingdean and Westdene (Brighton) . We offer a combination of Body Conditioning (suitable to challenge all abilities), Trigger Point Pilate's, Women's Fitness and Boxing HIIT. The benefits of each class are many, we chose to offer this combination, to both challenge our attendees, with multi discipline workouts (Body conditioning) and also to offer an opportunity to relax and centre oneself in (Trigger Point Pilates).

Body Conditioning:

This class is for anyone looking to become fitter, healthier and happier. The session lasts 45 minutes, it includes a warm up, full body workout and cool down/ stretch. Body conditioning is great fun, with a mix of cardio vascular and strengthening exercises.

 

Exercises will often include: fast walking/ jogging, body weight exercises, kettle bells and boxing. If you have an injury or weakness, please let us know. All exercises can be modified, to become easier or harder.

 

Just let us know. 

Women's Fitness:

This session is specifically for Women, and is geared towards core strength and integrity. This is often most helpful to Mum's and if you have a back injury but really want to work on your core/ tummy muscles, we will teach you to utilise CRUNCHLESS CORE EXERCISES as well as exercise band movements.

 

In particular we will be looking to improve postural issues, caused by every day life. Work at a desk? or had children? This is the group for you!

 

In this session you get fitter using functional movement patterns: Pulling, Pushing and rotating.

Trigger Point Pilates TM:

 

Trigger Point Pilates is a new class, it offers an oppotunity to relax

and restructure your body. This class uses mat based Pilate's exercises

to enhance and restructure your body and posture. This is done by using

self applied massage, locating trigger points and releasing them. We

use a foam roller, bender ball and prickle balls to assist the connection

between mind and body. Join us, you deserve it!

Boxing HIIT:

Boxing HIIT is a fantastic outdoor, high intensity session. HIIT means to alternate between short periods intense

exercise followed by lower intensity exercises for recovery.

 

The class often includes:Strikes, foot work and cardio exercises with some games thrown in for good measure. 

 

If you are short on time and want to get a real workout done in preparation for your weekend

then come and join us, this one is just 30 minutes long.
