Three Pillars of Fitness runs Boxercise™ classes in Woodingdean and Rottingdean, Brighton in East Sussex.
Our Boxercise classes are on:
Tuesdays 7pm at the Whiteway Centre(Cancelled until further notice)
Thursday 7pm at Longhill Sports Centre (Cancelled until further notice)
Saturdays 9:30am at Woodingdean Central Park -tennis court (Cancelled until further notice)
Boxercise™ classes are really fun, they are high energy, and as the name suggests combine the key skills of boxing and the health benefits of exercise.

Boxercise is for you if…
You like the idea of boxing as a sport but you don’t actually want to get hit! We provide pads and mits so that you get all of the benefits and fun of boxing without the risk of injury.

Claire joined the Tuesday evening Boxercise class in Rottingdean after taking a 12 month exercise break. As with all the Three Pillars of Fitness Classes, Andy makes sure that Claire works at a pace that suits her and she is already feeling the benefits of the class.
Saturday sessions
This is my Saturday morning group. We meet at Central Woodingdean Tennis courts at 9:30am till 10. They love to get a workout in before the weekend takes over. Kit is supplied by us, smiles supplied by you. -Don’t forget your sunglasses.
Boxercise™ and weight loss
Linda and Chris (right of image) have both lost considerable weight with the help of our exercise classes in. Brighton, not least Boxercise™
Linda has lost over 5 stones in weight, whilst Chis has lost over a stone. A typical Boxercise sesion of 45 minutes burns around 350 calories and roughly 3000 steps- Thank you Fitbit :-)
Games included :-)
All of our Brighton Boxercise sessions include games. We are passionate about everyone having fun as they exercise. In this pic we are playing a game of over and under, which helps to keep the class members motivated till the end of the session.
